Dr. Rachel L. Beamer
Dr. Rachel L. Beamer is an experienced dentist from Charlottesville, VA, now serving the Back Bay area. She’s passionate about dentistry, drawing from her upbringing and using her artistic skills to brighten smiles. She believes in fostering strong patient relationships to ensure everyone feels confident in their oral health journey.
Dr. Beamer's interest in dentistry began in childhood, inspired by her parents who are also dentists. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Virginia Tech and then her dental degree with honors from East Carolina University. During her studies, Dr. Beamer conducted research on oral lesions and cancer patients' dental clearance, publishing a case report. She later specialized in dental implant surgery and is now a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Outside of work, Dr. Beamer enjoys cooking, traveling, and outdoor adventures. She's a car enthusiast, often seen at 'cars and coffee' events or on track days with her Audi RS3. Dr. Beamer is also a dedicated supporter of collegiate and professional sports, especially her favorite team, the Hokies.
Dr. Daliah Salem
Dr. Daliah Salem is our periodontal specialist near Back Bay who brings a wealth of expertise to our practice. She offers a range of specialty procedures, from advanced gum disease treatment to bone grafts and dental implant surgery, all under one roof.
Dr. Salem's educational journey began at Saint Louis University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in biology. She then pursued her Doctorate of Dental Medicine at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, followed by a certificate in periodontology and a Master of Medical Science in oral biology from Harvard University School of Dental Medicine.
As a diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology, Dr. Salem is dedicated to advancing her field. Her master's thesis focused on implant-related bone augmentation, and she has contributed to numerous research articles in reputable dental journals. Certified in Wilckodontics®, she strives to accelerate orthodontic treatment for her patients.
Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Salem is passionate about community outreach and education. She has organized oral cancer screenings in local communities and participated in dental mission trips to serve Syrian refugees in the Middle East. Dr. Salem also shares her knowledge as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine.
